Puget Sound Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Administrative Assistant

to provide essential administrative support to our department. In this role, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by managing paperwork, coordinating logistics, and supporting the team with day-to-day office functions. All duties are to be performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations. Job Responsibilities

Enters time for department personnel. Performs word processing and basic spreadsheet work. Copies for department personnel. Maintains filling systems. Processes vendor invoices and purchase requisitions. Handles travel arrangements for department personnel. Schedules and coordinates company meetings and catering. Maintains office supply inventory. Supports emergency storm response. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

High School education or equivalent. Working knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and databases. Desired Qualifications

Experience working in a utility. Experience working in SAP and/or CLX. Previous administrative support experience. Strong research and communication skills. Additional Information

The pay range for this position is $47,700.00 - $73,900.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
