Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) In Home ABA Therapy New Patterns ABA Richmond, VA Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with ASD? New Patterns ABA is hiring dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy in the comfort of our clients' homes. ABOUT THE ROLE As an RBT at Patterns ABA, you'll work 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized treatment plans developed and supervised by BCBAs. You'll play a vital role in helping clients build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills that transform their lives.
