Hospice Inpatient RN - Nights

Empath Trustbridge Hospice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Care Center team in Delray Beach. What you'll Do: As an RN in our inpatient care center, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering compassionate end-of-life care: Coordinate patient and family care in collaboration with the primary physician and interdisciplinary team (IDG) Conduct thorough assessments of patient and family needs Ensure timely and coordinated delivery of interventions and services outlined in the care plan Use your clinical expertise to monitor patient conditions, provide interventions, and deliver education that enhances comfort and quality of life Address concerns promptly and thoughtfully to ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust Why Join Empath Health? Current Basic Life Support Certification. Understanding of and ability to apply characteristics of Hospice Nursing: case management, crisis intervention, communication skills, teaching skills, thanatology skills and needs Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus. Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver's license.
