FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN
LOCATION: CLEBURNE, TEXAS

We are looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of a well-established practice in Cleburne, Texas . This full-time position offers a collaborative environment and a strong focus on patient care. Cleburne is situated in north central Texas, approximately 55 miles southwest of Dallas and 30 miles south of Fort Worth .
POSITION DETAILS:- Standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Leverage advanced technology to streamline workload and enhance patient care
- Join a thriving practice with four providers
- Deliver comprehensive family medicine services to a varied patient demographic
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- Participate in shared call duties with two APPs and two physician providers
- Utilize the EPIC EMR documentation system
- Possession of a Texas medical license or the ability to obtain one is required
- Employed position within one of the largest healthcare systems in North Texas
- Initial salary guarantee with a compensation structure based on work RVUs and quality bonuses
- Includes a commencement bonus, relocation assistance, and paid time off
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) and malpractice insurance coverage
- Texas is a TORT reform state
- This is an outpatient-only practice with no hospital call responsibilities
- Experience with or comfort in treating pediatric patients is preferred
- The practice has been operational for over five years
