Serves as a liaison between patients and medical support staff. Establish and maintain a positive attitude with patients, visitors, and fellow employees by helping each other in areas when needed. Demonstrates knowledge of the age-specific competencies and the skills necessary to provide services appropriate to the age and demographic served.
