Position Based in Monterey, CA, a 250‑bed hospital seeks a BE/BC OBGYN to join a team of 3 other OBGYNs, 1 Gynecologic Surgeon, APPs, and an OB hospitalist group. The practice is part of a larger 100‑physician multi‑specialty group located in beautiful coastal facilities. Responsibilities 1.5–2 days in surgery and 2–2.5 days in clinic per week. Minimal call coverage with OB hospitalist backup; each physician caps deliveries at 15 per month. Full Da Vinci robotic surgery program supporting patient care. Collaborate with Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gyn‑Oncology, and Uro‑Gynecology specialists. Compensation & Benefits

• 489,000 base salary plus productivity bonuses.
• 150,000 for student loan and housing support.
