Role Description The Delivery Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalamazoo, MI. This role is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to deliver auto parts to customers, repair facilities, and other designated locations on scheduled routes. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading parts, verifying order accuracy, obtaining delivery confirmations, and maintaining delivery logs. The Delivery Driver also provides courteous customer service at each stop, follows all traffic and safety regulations, and reports vehicle maintenance needs or route issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Demonstrated reliability, time management, and attention to detail in handling deliveries and documentation.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move automotive parts and packages, and perform basic warehouse tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Previous experience in delivery driving, courier services, or automotive parts is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
