We're seeking a Quality Inspector to work at Southern Precision Spring in Charlotte, North Carolina. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM Shift: Four 10-hour shifts

What's a typical day as a Quality Inspector? You'll be:

• Performing quality inspections on precision spring products to ensure customer and company specifications are met
• Using a shadow graph/comparator to inspect parts and verify measurements
• Conducting load testing on springs
• Reading and interpreting basic geometric requirements and inspection criteria
• Documenting inspection results and quality data accurately
• Using basic computer programs, including Excel, to enter and track quality information
• Working closely with production and quality teams to identify issues and support continuous improvement
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area in an industrial/manufacturing environment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have around 5 years of relevant quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Have experience using a shadow graph/comparator
• Understand basic geometry and can apply it to part inspection
• Are comfortable performing hands-on inspection and spring load testing
• Have basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
• Bring strong attention to detail, dependability, and a positive attitude
