Buyer - Northern suburbs - in office 3 days Salary $70,000-$75,000 We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination. This role will work closely with vendors, sales, and operations to ensure timely material availability and accurate inventory information. Key Responsibilities Issue and manage purchase orders based on inventory needs and approved pricing Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, shipments, and delivery schedules Track inbound materials and provide updates on inventory availability Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records within the ERP system Monitor open orders and elevate potential delays or supply issues Assist sales and operations with inventory allocation and backorder fulfillment Review shipment-related invoices and ensure costs, duties, and tariffs are accurately recorded Support cross‑functional supply chain and inventory initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience ERP system experience and strong computer skill #J-18808-Ljbffr
