Registered Dietitian (Contract)
Location: California 93301 (Kern County Network – AHTV, AHBD, AHDL; floating required)
Pay Rate: $2700/week
Schedule: Day Shift, 8-hour shifts
Assess patients at nutritional risk and develop/adjust care plans
Provide medical nutrition therapy, education, and reassessment
Collaborate with care teams and document in Cerner PowerChart
Support staff education and maintain accurate patient records
Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Nutrition (required)
Master’s Degree required (if exam eligibility began on/after 1/1/24)
Dietetic internship (or equivalent) required
Acute inpatient clinical experience required (2+ years preferred)
Registered Dietitian (RD): Required within 6 months of program completion
