Quick Facts Location: Sunrise Children’s Hospital, 3186 South Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89169 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: Day/Night shifts available (varied), full-time Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time Licensure/Certs: Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license (or eligible) Experience: 2+ years in Neonatology or NICU preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting Manage complex neonatal cases, including ELBW infants Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists Utilize advanced neonatal interventions such as ECMO, high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling Participate in neonatal resuscitation and transport teams Contribute to a high-quality, compassionate care environment focused on positive outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to clinical standards What You Need Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license (or eligible to obtain) Minimum of 2+ years NICU/Neonatal care experience Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care technology Ability to work collaboratively in a high-acuity environment Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Las Vegas, NV, renowned for its state-of-the-art NICU and commitment to innovative neonatal care.
