Title: CEO - Evolve Early Learning Centre

Evolve Early Learning Centre is a premier childcare facility committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary CEO to lead our organization and shape the future of our centre. As the CEO, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction, managing operations, building partnerships, and guiding our team towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the centre's mission, vision, and goals.
• Lead and motivate a highly dedicated team towards delivering exceptional childcare services and creating a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Oversee the financial management of the centre, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with families, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the centre's programs and services.
• Manage and monitor the performance of all departments and provide guidance and support where needed.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the childcare industry, preferably as a Director or CEO.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood education, development, and best practices.
Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive change.
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and developing a team to deliver exceptional results.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
