Medical Spa Sales Manager (Full-Time)

Were looking for an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Medical Spa Sales Manager to lead our team and drive revenue across our medical spa.

This is not a traditional management position. Were looking for a leader who is passionate about sales, thrives in a high-performance environment, and leads by example. The ideal candidate is an experienced closer who knows how to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and front desk teams

- Conduct consultations and confidently close high-ticket treatment packages

- Drive monthly sales goals and overall spa performance

- Track KPIs and hold the team accountable for results

- Train the team on consultations, closing techniques, follow-up, and client communication

- Assist clients with financing options and financing applications

- Oversee daily spa operations to ensure an exceptional client experience

- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing team members

- Maintain a positive, professional, and results-driven culture

Qualifications

- Previous management experience required

- Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales

- Medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, or luxury service industry experience strongly preferred

- Experience with financing companies and financing applications preferred

- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

- Highly organized and results-oriented

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

- Professional appearance and positive attitude
