Data Entry ClerkAs a Data Entry Clerk, you will play an important part of the Operations team by accurately entering data and maintaining integrity of all documents. You'll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.The following schedule is available for this role: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm Starting Pay:$19.00/hr - $21.50/hr Location: 16609 Slover Ave, Fontana CA 92337What You'll Bring to the Role:Strong verbal and written communication required and inter-personal skills a must; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.Ability to effectively interact with all levels internally and externally.Knowledge of WMS system is preferable or other type of Warehouse Management system.Ability to multitask and work efficiently to meet company deadlines.Require strong time management and organization skills.Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing prioritiesTrustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)The Must Haves:Must have 6+ months of administrative experienceProficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and ExcelPreferred knowledge of creating SSCC labelsMust have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.Things You Will be DoingAssists with data entry: Sorts and prepares all documents for data entry.Maintains records relating to the movement of inbound and outbound shipments.Accurately enters all documents, ensuring they are complete and ready for processing in Aspire.Supports with label creationsAbility to use other platforms, such as Fedex, UPS, EDI ProvidersLocates and corrects any data entry errors.This position is required to exchange information with other employees of the organization and possibly external contacts.
