Role: Duck billing Architect
Location: Boston, MA ( hybrid 3 days per week)
- Lead solution architecture, design governance, integration strategy, and platform roadmap activities for Duck Creek Billing.
- Define best practices, technical standards, and implementation approaches.
- Provide guidance on integration with policy administration, financial, reporting, and downstream systems.
- Design, develop, configure, and support Duck Creek Billing solutions.
- Build integrations, custom components, workflows, and billing-related enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing billing functionality while supporting implementation and upgrading initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:
- Understanding of Duck Creek Billing.
- Basic Experience in Duck Creek Policy and claims module.
- Ability to create visual mockups and prototypes for data reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Duck Creek Billing implementation.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
