Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Position Summary: We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you. Responsibilities Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area Assist members with purchasing decisions and processing member purchases Assist with payments according to company policies and procedures Utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions Locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; ensure availability of carts/flatbeds Assist members with transporting items and cart retrieval according to company policies Maintain parking lot cleanliness and facilitating safe and efficient member experience Qualifications You thrive in fast-paced environments You’re a multi-tasker at heart You keep member satisfaction as your top priority You can stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately You’re a problem solver who tackles obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence Benefits Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage Financial benefits include 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance PTO and other leave benefits with eligibility details provided by the employer Other benefits include disability coverage, company discounts, and additional programs The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
