Join a fast-paced, patient-centered nursing role on a high-acuity step-down unit focused on cardiovascular and post-operative care, where your 12-hour shifts keep a steady rhythm of attentive monitoring, medication administration, and collaborative decision-making. With your ACLS and BLS training and NIHSS knowledge, you'll interpret rhythms, manage IV therapies and hemodynamic changes, and contribute to care plans for patients recovering from cardiac procedures and complex acute conditions. Candidates with at least two years of acute care step-down experience will thrive here, gaining exposure to a range of cases from post-operative cardiac patients to heart failure management, and participating in an orientation program to polish clinical skills. Requirements:

• 75 mile radius from facility
• 2 years of Stepdown experience in acute care
• Cardiac Stepdown unit experience
