Marketing Assistant

Creative, organized, and ready to help brands grow? We want to talk to you! We're hiring a Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives for US-based clients. What You'll Be Doing: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels Create and schedule content for social media platforms Support email marketing efforts, including drafting and scheduling campaigns Conduct market research and track competitor activity Help maintain and update website content Track campaign performance and compile reports using analytics tools Coordinate with designers, writers, and vendors on marketing materials What We're Looking For: Required: Prior experience in a marketing role, preferably with a U.S.-based company Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Strong writing and communication skills Bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 English or higher) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Available to work U.S. business hours Why You'll Love Working with Us: Competitive hourly pay based on experience, full-time (40 hrs/week) Paid time off and sick leave Referral bonus Equal Opportunity Employer: Scale Up Staffing is committed to diversity, equality, and fair hiring.
