Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test designAt least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reportingAbility to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environmentAnalytical skills / Written and verbal communications skills / Time management / multi task / Self starter, self learnerHigh level of organization skillsBasic understanding of investment security types (option trading, stocks, mutual funds, futures)Testing life cycle / mythologiesResponsible for estimating, coordinating and directing testing for multiple products/projectsAdhering to defined QA process to complete QA tasksAttend project meetingsCreate reports (Daily Status Reports, Ambiguity Reports, Sizing, & Sign off)Will create use cases, develop and maintain test specifications, test cases, test scripts and test dataProficient in understanding ambiguity reports, test cases, test scripts, test dataUnderstand windows / Linux operating systemSQL Server / DB basic queryHardware trouble shooting / environmental trouble shootingUnderstanding of networking / multi castPython / PowerShell scripting / AutomationUnderstanding of Linux shell scriptingProficient in testing back end, non UI testingUnderstanding of Test Manager, TFSCreating test metricsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentJob Description: In this fast moving market our QA Analyst must:AnalyzePlan and execute all phases of the testing cycle including conducting requirements ambiguity reviewsReporting testing statusCollecting test metrics and distributing to project stakeholdersCoordinating installation in shared test environments and supporting end users post installation.In addition to testing, opportunities for test case optimization, cleanup, organization, automation must be identified and implemented.Team participation, meeting attendance, workload sharing, defined processes adherence and forward thinking are key skills required to succeed as a Market Data QA AnalystQualificationsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
