Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 3rd Shift (10 PM – 6 AM) Second Shift (2PM-10PM) Carbondale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center | Skilled Nursing Facility

As a CNA on 3rd shift, you will:

• Deliver excellent, compassionate care to our residents throughout the night

• Answer call lights promptly and respond to personal needs with patience and respect

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation safely

• Turn and reposition residents to promote comfort and prevent skin issues

• Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration

• Observe residents closely and promptly report any changes in condition to nursing staff

• Accurately measure and document vital signs, intake/output, and other required information

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment

• Provide emotional support and genuine companionship during quieter hours

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred—but not required . New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
