What You Will Do: Explore dealership operations: Rotate through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork. Build sales skills: Learn relationship development, product knowledge, inventory management, and how to navigate company systems and processes. Engage and grow: Participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company‑sponsored training while representing RDO professionally.
