As a valued member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a positive and comfortable environment for our residents. Responsibilities Perform day-to-day housekeeping and laundry functions as assigned, including cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances to ensure a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail Clean windows, mirrors, and floors using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment Clean and disinfect carpets, walls, and ceilings, including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing Remove dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solutions Clean and restock linen closets, laundry areas, and supply rooms Discard waste and trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacles Perform terminal cleaning procedures when a resident is discharged or transferred Requirements Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers Anticipate and respond to customer needs in a professional and timely manner Why Join Our Team?
