Technical Delivery Manager, AI Infrastructure Programs Location: Hybrid in the Bay Area, CA Our client is an innovative technology organization making significant investments in advanced AI computing infrastructure across the United States. What You Will Do Direct multiple AI infrastructure initiatives through every stage of execution, from planning and design through commissioning and operational readiness. Lead schedules, budgets, scope, and execution activities across multiple concurrent infrastructure programs located throughout the United States. Coordinate internal teams, engineering partners, contractors, equipment suppliers, and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum and successful delivery. Oversee mission critical infrastructure activities involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, power, cooling, and modular construction systems. Support deployment readiness for advanced compute environments, including equipment installation, infrastructure integration, and final site acceptance. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and communicating progress to executive leadership. Foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, construction, and operations teams to achieve project milestones. Apply Agile project management principles to improve execution, transparency, and cross functional coordination. Standardize project management practices, reporting methodologies, and operational processes that support continued organizational growth. Travel to project locations throughout the United States as business needs require. What You Bring Seven or more years of technical project or program management experience leading complex infrastructure deployments. Demonstrated experience delivering mission critical facilities, data center infrastructure, or other large scale construction programs. Strong understanding of modular construction approaches along with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination. Proven ability to lead multiple cross functional infrastructure initiatives simultaneously while maintaining schedule, quality, and budget objectives. Experience working within Agile project delivery environments. Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting GPU infrastructure, high performance computing environments, or advanced technology deployments. Familiarity with modern project management and collaboration platforms, including tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar applications. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or another technical discipline.
