In this role, you will deliver evidence-based evaluations and treatments for medically complex and post-surgical patients, focusing on mobility, safety, and functional recovery. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and guide discharge planning.
