Your Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Your initial responsibilities will focus on helping prospective and existing clients understand their available insurance benefits.

You'll:

• Contact company-provided prospective clients.

• Schedule and conduct Zoom and phone consultations.

• Build professional relationships with individuals and families.

• Listen carefully to client needs and priorities.

• Explain the purpose of available benefit reviews.

• Maintain accurate appointment and follow-up records.

• Provide consistent client communication.

• Develop long-term relationships through professional service.

Insurance Benefits Education and Enrollment

Once appropriately licensed, you'll:

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products.

• Conduct needs-based benefit consultations.

• Review coverage features and available policy options.

• Help clients understand their choices.

• Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on client needs.

• Answer questions regarding coverage and enrollment.

• Assist eligible clients with electronic applications.
