- Procure construction materials as needed and provide technical support to clients on soils, concrete, grout, asphalt, and other construction materials.
- Perform final inspections on projects to confirm that all work complies with applicable standards and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed bi-weekly field reports documenting test results, observations, and compliance status, and track any non-compliant items through resolution.
- Provide recommendations and problem-solving support to field technicians, helping them address material-related issues encountered on site.

- Collaborate with registered professional engineers, laboratory staff, and field technicians to support consistent and reliable construction materials testing.
- Adhere to standard practices for construction materials testing and inspection, including relevant industry standards and specifications.
- Travel regularly to client sites across Northwest Indiana and other assigned regions to conduct site visits, testing, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and non-compliance items and support reporting and compliance activities for assigned projects.

- Exposure to or experience with standard practices for construction material testing and inspection, including relevant industry standards and specifications.
- Comfort using digital daily field reporting systems and document delivery platforms to manage and share project information.
- Desire for professional growth, including pursuing additional training, education, or certifications related to construction materials and geotechnical engineering.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with field technicians, professional engineers, and laboratory staff in a team-oriented environment.
