This trainee position will provide the ideal candidate with a fully paid for CHW Certification.

Part-time role
Location: Northern St. Louis County
Duration: September 2026 through September 30, 2027
Hourly Rate: $21.00
Host Site: St. Louis County
What You’ll Do
Support families through outreach and home visits
Work alongside Public Health Nurses
Connect families with local resources and services
Provide education, support, and referrals during pregnancy and early childhood
Build trusting relationships within the community
Help improve access to care for families on the Iron Range
