This trainee position will provide the ideal candidate with a fully paid for CHW Certification.

- Location: Northern St. Louis County
- Duration: September 2026 through September 30, 2027
- Hourly Rate: $21.00
- Host Site: St. Louis County
What You’ll Do
- Support families through outreach and home visits
- Work alongside Public Health Nurses
- Connect families with local resources and services
- Provide education, support, and referrals during pregnancy and early childhood
- Build trusting relationships within the community
- Help improve access to care for families on the Iron Range
