Experienced Roofing Sales Representative
Bigfoot Roofing & Construction
- Generate new opportunities through door-to-door prospecting and neighborhood outreach
- Conduct professional roof inspections and educate homeowners on recommended solutions
- Work qualified leads provided through insurance networks and company referrals
- Guide homeowners through the storm restoration and insurance claims process
- Build trust with homeowners and manage the full sales cycle from inspection to project completion
- Accurately estimate job scope and pricing using AccuLynx
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production
- Proven experience in residential roofing sales
- Strong knowledge of storm restoration, insurance claims, and homeowner sales cycles
- Track record of generating leads and closing deals in a commission-based environment
- Self-motivated and highly goal-oriented, with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role with earnings based on job profit
- Experience with AccuLynx or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Competitive commission-based earnings with a percentage of job profit
- Leads from established insurance partners and company referrals
- Company-provided laptop and full access to AccuLynx CRM
- Operational and production support from an experienced team
