- Business Development: Participate in activities that drive growth and strengthen client relationships.
- Safety Compliance: Champion OSHA regulations and safety practices to maintain a secure work environment.
- Onsite Supervision: Coordinate scheduling, engineering, material control, and administrative functions to keep operations on track.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a successful outcome that meets quality expectations.
- Documentation: Manage as-built drawings and O&M documentation for clear and accurate handoff to stakeholders.

What You Bring (Experiences & Qualifications)

- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of construction principles, engineering practices, management strategies, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Problem-Solving Power: Strong planning and decision-making skills to navigate challenges and keep projects on track.
- Conflict Resolution & Negotiation: Skilled at finding solutions and reaching agreements that benefit all stakeholders.
- Safety Know-How: Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and legal issues to ensure compliance and maintain secure worksites.
