Job Description Shape the future of substance use disorder care at Chapa-De by leading a program that expands access, strengthens teams, and supports whole‑person healing. Salary: $104,200 – $121,950 full‑time annual salary. Advance trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care. Drive quality improvement, audits, and grant performance. Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and community partners. Experience and Skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience. Two (2) years’ experience in healthcare or education related program or department. Healthcare administration, behavioral health and/or substance use disorders experience. Familiarity with grant‑funded programs and grant application processes. Supervisory experience or experience managing a program. Computer proficiency in a variety of applications and programs including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Electronic Health Records. Valid Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and DMV printout.
