ABA Behavior Technician / Therapist (OC, Barstow, Modesto, Riverside, Sacramento)

ABA Behavior Technician / Therapist The position of behavior staff will be to work with and teach children with disabilities as part of a team. Employees will be trained by ABSI’s behavior consultants and specialists in applied behavior analysis, including discrete trial training and natural environment training. They will conduct structured teaching in homes and schools, implement program changes, collect daily data, and promote the child’s independence across settings. Part‑time, afternoon and evening availability (3 pm – 7 pm) is required. High School Diploma required. Valid state‑issued driver's license and car insurance; driving required. Computer literate, dependable, organized, detail oriented, and flexible availability. Drive 30‑45 miles from home. Effective oral and written communication with all staff, public and clients. Ability to work in home, school and clinical settings. Ability to walk, stand, stoop, push a wheelchair and tolerate various weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively. Good leadership skills. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Autism Behavioral Services
