As our new Account Manager , you'll be the bridge between HULK and our ever‑expanding network of customers in North & Central Texas. You'll wear many hats – a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a sales closer extraordinaire. The ideal candidate will identify the needs of new and current customers to aid their success using our product, develop appropriate communication, and mitigate issues. Here's a Glimpse Into Your Day-to-day Grow our customer base: Strategically develop alliances with potential and existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability. Relationship Rockstar: Become a trusted advisor by building and maintaining strong relationships with all levels within your client organizations. Hitting the Target: Develop a data‑driven approach to achieve your assigned sales quotas and contribute to HULK's overall growth. Opportunity Hunter: Identify new sales opportunities across our product lines and transform leads into loyal customers. Solution Architect: Uncover your customers' challenges and propose effective solutions from our innovative product portfolio. Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (supply chain, engineering, finance) to deliver exceptional solutions for our clients. Hit the Road: Travel to customer locations to foster strong connections and close deals. We're Looking For Someone Who Oil & Gas Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in operations/sales or 3 years in oil & gas production experience. Technical Sales Savvy: Experience selling technical products is a bonus. Lead Generation & Management: Ability to turn leads into opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Relationship Builder: Builds bridges, not walls, with internal and external customers. Influencer: Strong persuasion skills to present and close deals effectively. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with a diverse audience. Trustworthy and Ethical: Integrity and confidentiality are paramount. Team Player & Independent: Works seamlessly independently and collaboratively. Problem Solver: Keen eye for detail and logical, analytical problem‑solving.
