Senior Solutions Architect / Lead AI & Platform EngineerLocation: East Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) Duration: Long-Term ContractResponsibilities:Design and implement secure, scalable enterprise application architectures.Lead the development of AI-powered applications, AI Agents, Copilots, RAG solutions, APIs, and workflow automation.Architect cloud-native and hybrid solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.Develop secure integrations with Microsoft 365 technologies including Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), configuration management (Ansible), and automated deployment processes.Design containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.Establish best practices for application security, monitoring, logging, observability, disaster recovery, and production support.Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Database, and Business teams to deliver enterprise solutions.Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise production applications.Strong hands-on software development experience using Python.Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Bash, PowerShell, and SQL.Strong experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Terraform, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience building and integrating REST APIs and enterprise applications.Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, observability, and platform reliability.Experience implementing secure software development practices and DevSecOps.Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth, and enterprise security.Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations including Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience building Generative AI, LLM, RAG, AI Agents, Copilot, or enterprise AI solutions.Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Gemini, or Vertex AI.Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, Security, or AI certifications.Previous experience leading architecture initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
