Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner for an inpatient opportunity in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia .

This is a focused daytime Hospital Medicine assignment in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital , with an average daily census of approximately 9 patients . The NP provides onsite coverage from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM , while the program maintains 24-hour physician tele-coverage , creating a defined APP role with physician support available around the clock.

Clinical Environment

This role is designed for an experienced Hospital Medicine NP comfortable managing an inpatient census within a smaller community hospital environment. The NP serves as the onsite daytime Hospital Medicine provider , working within a coverage model that maintains physician tele-coverage throughout both the day and overnight periods.

The combination of a ~9-patient ADC, 12-hour daytime coverage, Epic, and continuous physician availability gives experienced inpatient NPs a particularly clear picture of the practice environment before they commit.

Requirements

• FNP, AGACNP, or ACNP
• Active West Virginia NP license
• Active DEA
• Minimum 2 years of Hospital Medicine experience
• BLS,  ACLS
