Quality Auditor, Building Inspections

ICC NTA LLC seeks a Quality Auditor, Building Inspections to perform onsite and document-based audits of building products, systems, and manufactured structures. In this role, you will verify compliance with building codes, quality standards, and client specifications; review technical documentation and test reports; prepare detailed audit findings; and collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and clients to resolve nonconformances. The position requires strong knowledge of construction practices, attention to detail, clear technical writing, and a commitment to safety, integrity, and customer-focused service in a standards-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and remote building and product quality audits
• Verify compliance with building codes, standards, and client specifications
• Review technical documentation, QA manuals, and test reports
• Document nonconformances and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare clear, detailed technical audit reports
• Communicate findings to clients and internal engineering teams
• Support certification, testing, and code evaluation programs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant codes and standards
• Participate in continuous improvement of inspection and audit processes
• Ensure work is performed with strong focus on safety and integrity
