Affordable Property ManagerBeach Front Property Management is seeking an Affordable Property Manager to join our team at The Village at Tehachapi, an 81-unit affordable housing community in Tehachapi, CA, approximately 45 minutes east of Bakersfield via Hwy 58.This is a great opportunity for someone with property management, leasing, or affordable housing experience who wants to grow their career while working closely with residents and an experienced Affordable Housing team.A major benefit of this position is a FREE employee housing: a spacious approximately 1,300 sq. ft., 2-bedroom/1-bath apartment with assigned parking and on-site laundry.
