About the Role Lyra developed an innovative video therapy program called Lyra Care Therapy blending live video sessions with between‑session digital psycho‑education and customizable skill‑building tools. As a Lyra Care Therapist, you’ll have the resources and support needed to help clients improve while providing access to care from home or a preferred setting. Daily Responsibilities Provide short‑term, evidence‑based treatment via live video, maintaining a diverse caseload of clients. Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions. Deliver culturally responsive care that accounts for the impact of cultural backgrounds on each person’s experience. Regularly Connect with peers, attend one‑on‑one and peer group clinical consultation meetings, conduct peer‑based quality assurance reviews, and attend robust training to enhance clinical skills. Access expert consultation and support for complex clients, with resources ranging from specialty consultations to culturally responsive care. Salary The anticipated starting base salary for a full‑time Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Lyra is $70,000 annually. Base salary is determined by role, placement within the range, and job‑related factors such as skills, qualifications, and location. Base salary is one component of total compensation, which may include variable measurement‑based compensation, restricted stock units, comprehensive healthcare, retirement benefits, and paid time off.
