Position:  Operations Data Analyst

Location: Waukegan, IL  (Onsite – Monday through Friday)

Duration: 36-Month Contract

Pay Rate : $45.00 - $65.00 per hour W2

Local candidates are preferred, must be onsite.

I am looking for a hands-on Operations Data Analyst to develop dashboards, analyze operational data, and provide actionable insights to business and operations leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Power BI dashboard development experience
• SQL – ability to write queries and analyze data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Data cleansing, transformation, validation, and analysis
• KPI/dashboard development and reporting
• Experience combining data from multiple systems/sources
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills
• Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Waukegan, IL

In this role you will 

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data
• Clean, transform, validate, and reconcile large datasets
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes
• Automate recurring reporting and improve existing dashboards
• Translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions
• Present findings to business and operations leadership
• Support operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred skills

SAP, MES, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power Apps, manufacturing analytics, supply chain analytics, pharmaceutical experience, Lean/Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence.
