What You'll Handle As a Hotel Maintenance Worker, you'll help keep our property safe, functional, and guest-ready by addressing everyday repairs and upkeep that support a smooth hotel experience. Key responsibilities include: Responding to maintenance requests and completing basic repairs (plumbing, drywall, fixtures, doors/locks) Performing routine preventive maintenance and safety checks Troubleshooting issues, documenting work completed, and communicating status updates Supporting room turns and public-area upkeep as needed Using tools and supplies responsibly and following safety practices Required qualifications/skills: Comfort with hands-on repair work and learning new tasks quickly Reliable attendance, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset Ability to lift, bend, climb stairs/ladders, and work on your feet Basic communication skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Nivea Hospitality
