Join a fast-growing club team and be the friendly face members meet first. As Assistant Fitness Director you’ll run New Member Orientation, coach members and trainers, and drive personal training sales — all while creating awesome, lasting member results.
\n\nWhat you’ll do:
\n- \n
- Lead New Member Orientation: biometrics, goal-setting, and Smart Start conversions \n
- Assign and coach Personal Trainers; deliver and demo safe, effective programs \n
- Manage PT leads, follow-ups, and tracking to hit sales goals \n
- Keep member records accurate, run reports, and support audit/meeting needs \n
- Work peak hours to ensure orientations and training sessions run smoothly \n
- Lead from the Front and help with day-to-day club ops \n
What we’re looking for
\n- \n
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (required) \n
- Current CPR/AED certification (required) \n
- Friendly coach with strong sales skills, great communication, and a team mindset \n
- Organized, punctual, tech-comfortable, and able to work flexible hours \n
Preferred Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field
\n - \n
1 year of personal training experience
