In this senior specialist role, you will work closely with regional country leaders, distributor partners, and global teams to navigate evolving regulatory requirements, support product launches, and help ensure accurate, market-appropriate documentation and communications.## **Key Responsibilities*** Support regulatory compliance and product stewardship activities across APAC, ensuring processes and documentation align with applicable regional and country-specific requirements.* Coordinate regulatory submissions, registrations, approvals, certifications, import documentation, and other activities needed to maintain and expand market access for products.* Prepare, review, maintain, and coordinate regional Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and related hazard communication documentation in accordance with local requirements.* Review regional marketing materials to help ensure claims are appropriately substantiated and suitable for local market use.* Respond to regulatory inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders, collaborating with subject matter experts to provide timely and accurate information.* Partner with APAC country leaders, distributor partners, and global cross-functional teams to identify priorities, support new product launches, and resolve regulatory, shipping, and trade compliance needs.## **Job Requirements*** Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, quality, or a related compliance function, ideally with responsibility for APAC markets.* Experience working within a US-based or multinational organisation and collaborating across cultures, functions, and time zones.* Working knowledge of APAC regulatory requirements relating to product registration, imports, Safety Data Sheets, hazard communication, and market access, including import considerations in Japan.* Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate regulatory information clearly to internal teams, customers, and external partners.* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, country-specific requirements, and documentation timelines.* Proficiency with standard office technology and document management systems, along with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.## **What We Offer*** The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on regulatory compliance, customer support, and market access across a diverse APAC portfolio.* A collaborative, inclusive environment where cross-regional partnership and professional growth are valued.* Ongoing training and development to deepen your regulatory expertise and support career progression.* Exposure to regional and global stakeholders in a dynamic, multicultural business environment.* A standard benefits package, wellbeing resources, and development support in accordance with local policies and business practices.If you are a detail-oriented regulatory professional who is motivated by complex market access challenges and meaningful regional collaboration, we would love to hear from you.
