Assistant Service Advisor

As an Assistant Service Advisor at Quality Auto Group, you will be a vital member of our team in Englewood, NJ, supporting our service department by ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with senior advisors and technicians to assist customers with their automotive service needs, helping to coordinate appointments and communicate service updates effectively. Responsibilities Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and answering basic inquiries. Support senior service advisors by gathering vehicle information and service history. Communicate service progress and updates to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain accurate service records and support administrative tasks as needed. Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient workflow. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic computer skills and comfort using scheduling software. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is a plus but not required.
