AI Engineer

As an experienced and innovative AI Engineer, you will join our dynamic team to design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems that drive our business solutions for the health, beauty, and wellness industry. This role is based onsite in Pleasanton, CA Monday through Friday. Compensation Base Annual Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 Annual Bonus: Up to 10% Your Impact Conduct research, design, and develop generative AI-driven features and experiences customized to the unique preferences and behaviors of our users. Utilize cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI methodologies to improve product functionality. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and pioneer new AI-powered solutions. Work closely with product designers to define requirements, prioritize features, and craft intuitive user interfaces for AI-powered features. Implement, test, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions in production. Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence. What you Bring Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in developing agentic, LLM, and NLP-based applications. Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including agile practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines for ML. Experience applying supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning paradigms to business problems. Proven track record of deploying AI models in production. Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving skills to devise innovative and creative AI solutions.
