Float Patient Support Representative (East Side)

$19/hour | Cleveland (44106 & 44103) | Onsite MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM 36 Month Contract | Immediate Opening

We are seeking a Float Patient Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service in a busy healthcare environment. This role is responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, data entry, and front desk support.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient information
• Update records in EPIC/EHR systems
• Collect co-pays and patient payments
• Scan and maintain patient documentation
• Perform appointment reminder calls
• Assist patients with Medicaid and sliding fee applications
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Support clinic operations and patient flow

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous healthcare, medical office, or patient registration experience preferred
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably EPIC
• Knowledge of health insurance verification, coverage, and co-pays preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

TB test required prior to start.
