Requirements

• Required certification: Physical Therapist
• 1+ years of experience
• Unit Notes:Oregon License is REQUIRED for this assignment but do not need to have in hand at time of submittal (per manager, John Airoldi) Physical Therapist # of patients treated per day Outpatient 10 hour days, 12 patients General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Other Certs Required for all PT: Common diagnosis / Types of patients Mostly Ortho bu small town so a lot of variety. Acute Inpatient, Primarily OP. IF some Acute experience that would be helpful. Outpatient? Outpatient What areas are they required to cover? Outpatient If able to help acute that would be great. Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Outpatient experience PT Manager/Supervisor No Rehab Aides: PTA's Aides, but no PTA Shifts & Scheduling 4 10 hour days, Tuesday through Friday. 8:00 am start Weekend Requirement no Holiday Requirement no Scrub Color/Dress Code Business casual.
