Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Light Up Counselling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health diagnoses, followed by the creation and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

• Documenting all client interactions, treatment plan modifications, and case notes per clinic policies to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Providing exceptional customer service by building therapeutic rapport and empathy with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Employing innovative, creative intervention strategies tailored to each client's specific needs to help them achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Coordinating your efforts with case managers, healthcare professionals, and school personnel, providing holistic support and resources to clients.

• Participating fully in clinical team meetings, training sessions, and continuous education initiatives to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Prospective applicants must meet the following requirements:
