Location: Remote / Hybrid - Las Vegas, NV Travel: Approximately 20% to Las Vegas for Switch client meetings Pay Rate: $70-$80/hour Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Program Manager to work alongside the Business Transformation Office (BTO) and lead the overall execution of a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation program. The role will coordinate delivery across Oracle ERP, SCM, and HCM workstreams and own program governance, integrated planning, risk management, executive reporting, and cross-workstream coordination. The candidate may work remotely but must be willing and able to travel to Las Vegas approximately 20% of the time for client and stakeholder meetings. Key Responsibilities Lead overall Oracle Fusion program execution and serve as the primary program-level point of contact. Develop and maintain the integrated program plan across ERP, SCM, and HCM workstreams. Manage milestones, dependencies, critical path, risks, and issues. Facilitate Steering Committees, status reviews, and stage-gate governance. Maintain program-level RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries . Coordinate resources across functional and technical teams. Ensure program scope and delivery remain aligned with business transformation objectives. Coordinate OCM, testing, training, and cutover readiness . Manage system integrators and vendors, including scope, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate program status and risks to executive sponsors and C-level stakeholders. Travel to Las Vegas approximately 20% for Switch client meetings. Required Qualifications 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience. 3+ years managing large-scale ERP transformation programs. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations at the program or PMO level. Experience with Oracle ERP, SCM, and/or HCM . Experience within or alongside a BTO, Enterprise PMO, or transformation office . Strong program governance, RAID, dependency, and stage-gate experience. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing SIs/vendors and implementation partners. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification . Willingness to travel to Las Vegas approximately 20%. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing Oracle Fusion programs across ERP + SCM + HCM . Oracle OUM or similar implementation methodology experience. Management consulting or systems integration background. Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly SaaS releases .
