Onsite | Full-Time | Branch Operations

As a Staffing Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities while helping our clients build high-performing teams. This is more than a recruiting position—it's a dynamic role that combines recruiting, relationship management, customer service, and branch operations. If you're resourceful, people-focused, and energized by making an impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

As a Staffing Specialist at Openwork, you'll serve as a trusted partner to both our talent and our clients by:

• Recruiting and placing top talent through sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, and community outreach while managing the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Building strong relationships with talent by providing coaching, regular communication, and ongoing support throughout their assignments.
• Partnering with clients to understand their workforce needs, conduct routine check-ins, and deliver thoughtful staffing solutions.
• Supporting business growth by skill-marketing qualified candidates, collaborating with the sales team, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
• Maintaining operational excellence by supporting payroll, timekeeping, compliance, and other branch operations.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building lasting relationships. Ideal candidates will have:

• Bilingual in Spanish & English required.
• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or other client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with both clients and candidates.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.
• The ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and technology.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and community outreach, as needed.
