Direct Support Professional - Independent Contractor (MA)

Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Independent Contractor Location: Charlotte area, 28214. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (40 hours per week). Pay Rate: $11.36/hr – $30/hr. Competitive wages. Benefits: Flexible scheduling, partnership discounts with local businesses, extensive training program. Responsibilities Instruction and assistance in home living environments. Help individual identify and acquire valued social roles. Facilitate community integration. Help individual develop healthy social habits. Dispense medication and monitor dosages. Transport and accompany individual to and from day programs, work sites, and community activities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Successful drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred. Employment Details This DSP position is an Independent Contractor. Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third‑party Contract Management vendor for direct deposits. Additional fees required include state‑required training, occupational accident insurance, and administrative fees for the contract vendor. #J-18808-Ljbffr InReach NC
