Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and Generative AI applications.
• Strong experience with AI-powered assistants, copilots, chatbots, and autonomous AI agents.
• Expertise in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
• Experience integrating LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama into enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Python and AWS DevOps and Automation.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in developing REST APIs and microservices for AI applications.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, function calling, AI workflows, and agent orchestration.
• Understanding of security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and data scientists throughout the software lifecycle.
• Optimize AI model performance, latency, scalability, and cost.
